Piri-Piri D'Pomares
A sensitive, high-quality mover for an experienced rider.
About Piri-Piri D'Pomares
A very sensitive, high-quality mover currently working at half-pass in trot and canter, with canter pirouettes and flying changes now developing.
Best suited to an experienced rider who can match his sensitivity with a quiet, confident hand.
Health note
Piroplasmosis: positive (last tested 21 May 2026, Madrid laboratory). As is common for horses bred in Spain and Portugal, Piri-Piri carries antibodies for piroplasmosis. He shows no clinical signs and this does not affect his soundness, performance, or daily care. Buyers who plan to export outside the EU should know that import rules for piroplasmosis-positive horses are different in each country. We are happy to talk about the details.
